How to Cut your Tae Bo T-Shirt
(just like they do in the Tae Bo Live Videos!)
I had thought for awhile that those t-shirts that everyone wears
in the live videos and Tae Bo TV tapings were a special 'style'
of t-shirts. Well, they're not. They are the very same t-shirts
that you can buy through Tae Bo's website, it's just that they
are cut specially. I was taught how to do this recently, so I'll
share it in case anyone is interested. Read below the diagram
for an explanation.
The first step (#1 in the diagram) is to get a pair of scissors,
and lay your t-shirt down with the backside facing up. Following
the diagram above, cut off both sleeves with your scissors along
the seam. Then cut the t-shirt off at waist level (you can cut
it at whatever level you like) following #2 in the above diagram.
Step #3 requires you to make a small (about 5-6 inches) cut up
the BACK of your tshirt. This creates the 2 ends that you will
tie together. Now put your tshirt on, and tie the two sides together
behind you. The blue triangles in #4 points to the 2 ends that
will be tied in the back. That's it! Of course you can do this
with any old tshirt, it makes good workout shirts.

These are just for fun. Questions or suggestions - please email

around and for fun.
