Billy and his daughter Shellie were at the Rite Aid Health and Beauty Expo on May 9th, 2003 in Baltimore, MD. Here are some photos from his half hour talk and demonstration. Billy talked about Tae Bo for about 10 minutes, then showed the crowd how it was possible to do Tae Bo, even if you were wheelchair bound, or needed to use a chair. He demonstrated some simple punches, and a few kicks using a chair for balance. Shellie then came on stage at the end, as Billy used her to demonstrated some self defense moves.

I was also able to get Billy to autograph a set of pictures I had assembled from past meetings with him and his daughter Shellie, and other Tae Bo friends. In addition, Billy and Shellie were giving out autographed photos of Billy.
