I started practicing Tae-Bo 2 years ago and quickly became "addicted" to it. Because of Billy's advice in his book "The Tae-Bo Way" I began taking karate classes last year. I am now a certified Tae-Bo Instructor, a certified Fitness Trainer and a purple belt in Kenpo karate, teaching lower belt ranks.
